John Fazio Farms is located in Modena, New York. We are in the heart of the hudson valley and 80 miles north of Manhattan. Our farm's inhabitants are rabbits, ducks, and cornish cross (a cross between a cornish hen and a chicken). They are raised with care making sure that the animals are never fed any hormones or antibiotics and are comfortable. We always make sure that the animals are transported to restaurants and retailers fresh, never vacuum packed or frozen. After they've been shipped off to a restaurant, they are enjoyed by hundreds of people in places such as Savoy, one of New York's finest dining establishments. Our delicious products are available year round. Our personal goal is to provide people in the tri-state area and beyond with fresh food that is not only delicious but is healthful.

We only use our homemade signature BBQ sauce. Not only can you have a great BBQ meal but we have expanded our barbecue menu to include a shrimp po’ boy!
In addition to our awesome barbecue items we now have homemade specialty brick oven pizzas made in the true italian fashion. Thin crust and only fresh ingredients are used.
In our market we have fresh meat from John Fazio Farms, cheese, eggs, dairy, pasta and breads! All of our meats are hormone and antibiotic free. The way it should be.
